At Exciting Windows by Mini Blind King, we stand behind our products and repairs. We offer the Hunter Douglas limited lifetime warranty, which includes the following:
- 7-Year Warranty for Strings: We ensure that your window treatment strings remain in top condition for many years.
- 5-Year Warranty for Motors: Motorized window treatments are covered for up to 5 years, ensuring smooth operation.
- Transferable Warranty: Even if you sell your home, the warranty can be transferred to the new owner, providing you and the new homeowner peace of mind.
- String Replacement: If it's our shade, we will pick up the strings! In other words, if you originally purchased your shades from us, we will cover the cost of string replacements.
- Trip Charges: This does not include trip charges in most cases.
